Registration Fees (USD)

Category Explanation

• Full Paper: full paper submissions for publication purpose.


• Digest: digest submission without publication purpose.


• Delegate: no submission, attending conference as listener/audience.


• Additional Paper: the same author may register multiple papers (up to 3); registration covers attendance for only one person.


• Additional Page: full paper registration includes 6 pages, extra pages are subject to an additional fee.

Student Registration

• A valid full-time student ID copy is required to submit while registration to check the eligibility for student-rate registration.

IEEE Member Registration

• IEEE member ID is required to provide while registration to check the eligibility for member registration.

Registration Requirement

• At least one author of each accepted paper must complete a full registration.


• Papers without a full author registration will not be included in the conference proceedings.

Cancellation & Refunds

All requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing (via email) by the registrant.

• Cancellation received more than 60 days before conference start: Full refund minus a processing fee of 30 USD.


• Cancellation received between 60 days and 40 days before start: 50% refund (processing fee still applies).


• Cancellation received less than 40 days before conference start: No refund.

Transfers: Registrations can be transferred to another individual if the request is received 30 days before conference start.

Refund Processing: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after approval. Banking or credit card fees may be deducted from the refunded amount if applicable.

Force Majeure

The Conference cannot accept responsibility, refund or pay any compensation where the performance of the conference is prevented or affected by reason of circumstances which amount to “force majeure”.

Circumstances amounting to “force majeure” include any event which we could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such circumstances include the fire, flood, explosion, storm or other weather damage, break-in, criminal damage, riots or civil strife, industrial action, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, war or threat of war, actual or threatened terrorist activity, epidemic and all similar situations beyond our control.

Conference Date and Place Statement

The organizer has the right to change the date and place of the conference under the reason of amount to “force majeure” circumstances. The participants of the conference are obliged to cooperate with the organizer's change and refund policy.
