Author should complete the manuscript and
submit on/before the date.
Author may submit your manuscript either through the EasyChair system or by sending it directly via email to the conference mailbox.
If using EasyChair, please create or log into your account,
select the appropriate track, and upload your full manuscript
following the steps described.
If submitting by email, please attach the manuscript in DOC/DOCX
format and use the subject line: “Submission – [Your Paper
Title]”.
Notification Date: July 25, 2026
Conference secretary
will send out acceptance/rejection result on/before the date.
Results will be sent to the email addresses provided on
your paper.
Please add the conference mailbox to your safe sender/whitelist
so that you don’t miss our email.
Also, please keep in mind the Paper ID assigned to your
submission for all future correspondence.
Registration Deadline: August 20, 2026
Author should submit
all required documents for registration on/before the date.
Please revise your paper according to the comments shown in the
review form and submit your final paper.
Then fill in the required information in the registration form
and complete payment.
