Presentation Guide

    Oral Presentation

  • Time Allocation​
  • Each presentation is limited to 12 minutes followed by 3 minutes of Q&A (question and answer) session.​
    Presenters must strictly adhere to the time limit. Session chair will give a reminder 2 minutes before the deadline.

  • Format Requirements
  • Presentation slides must be prepared in 16:9 widescreen ratio (recommended resolution: 1920×1080).​
    Acceptable file formats: PowerPoint (.pptx) or PDF.​

  • Preparation
  • Presenters are suggested to arrive at the presentation room 20 minutes before the session starts and test slides on the conference-provided equipment (laptop, projector, audio system).​
    Bring a backup copy of slides (on a USB drive or cloud storage) as a precaution.​
    Ensure clear verbal delivery: Speak at a moderate pace, use standard English, and emphasize core contributions (originality, findings, and implications).

    Poster Presentation

  • Size and Preparation​
  • Poster dimensions: A0 vertical format (841mm × 1189mm / 33.1 × 46.8 inches).
    Printed posters must be brought to the conference venue, no on-site printing services will be provided.
    Design should be visually organized and easy to read from 1–2 meters away.

  • Poster Display
  • Stand by your poster during the assigned poster session to engage with attendees, explain research details, and answer questions.
    Be ready to give a short “elevator” summary: what you did, what you found, why it matters.
    Respect the schedule for hanging/removal and leave the display space tidy. Pushpins/tapes will be provided by the conference.
